Pilot Plant

5 Tons per Day of Zinc-Silver Concentrates
Zero-Emissions •  Proof of Scalability and Profitability

Design Criteria

Capacity • Process Flow Diagram • Major Equipment

Our Engineering Team has developed the Design Criteria, along with PFDs, P&IDs, and Bill of Materials for the Pilot Plant under construction in the USA.  For the large plant, our A.I. will reduce engineering time, and lower the cost of drawings, models, and renders.  The ability of A.I. to create complex engineering is in its infancy––A.I. Metals plans to be at the forefront of the new A.I. revolution.

The Importance of Piloting

Proof of Scalability for Investors • Controls and Instrumentation Data for our A.I. • Proof of Profitability for Increased Market Valuation

The pilot plant, as the name suggests, is the first sight of how the larger plant will look like. Our USA pilot plant will be a smaller version of the planned industrial plant in Chile. It will allow investors to see the A.I. Metals process in action, in the USA, in a major city.  The pilot plant will process high-grade silver concentrates that will allow the company to generate a profit from day one of operations.  The data collected from the pilot plant will allow our A.I. to learn how to operate the more complex, larger plant.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the capacity of the pilot plant in South Florida?

The pilot plant in South Florida has a capacity to process 5 tons per day of zinc-silver concentrates. The plant will produce pure silver, zinc oxide, and pure fertilizers for sale to the local market, plus small amounts of indium, gallium, and germanium to prove the efficiency of our A.I.-driven technology.

How does the pilot plant achieve zero emissions?

The pilot plant achieves zero emissions by using innovative technology that recovers the metals in the mineral concentrates, plus all the other elements.  Water is recycled for re-use in the process. This A.I.-driven technology is circular, clean, and can be powered by renewable energy in the planned production plant in northern Chile--an area with the highest solar energy potential on the planet.

Will the pilot plant be profitable from the start?

Yes.  The pilot plant is designed to be profitable from day one. By optimizing our processes and utilizing advanced technologies, we ensure that the plant operates efficiently and cost-effectively while maintaining our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
